1. Introduction

Welcome to Taskin — a collaborative workspace designed to help teams organize, plan, and execute with clarity.
By accessing or using Taskin, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Taskin (“we,” “our,” “us”).

2. Using Taskin

You must be at least 16 years old to use Taskin.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to share your login credentials or use Taskin for unlawful or harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

3. Your Account

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are fully responsible for all activity under your account, including any content you create or upload.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@taskin.app immediately.

4. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Taskin are available only through paid plans.

• All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly).

• You may cancel anytime, and access will continue until the end of your billing period.

• We do not offer refunds for partial billing cycles.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.

5. Content & Data Ownership

You own the content you create in Taskin.
By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, back up, and process your content solely for providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your data. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Taskin to transmit harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent material

• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our systems

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data

• Reverse-engineer or modify any part of the service

We may investigate and take action against violations, including termination of accounts.

7. Third-Party Services

Taskin may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Slack, Google Drive, Figma, GitHub).
We are not responsible for third-party terms, content, or data handling. You should review their respective privacy and security policies before connecting integrations.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Taskin available 24/7, but temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
We are not liable for any interruption or data loss resulting from such downtime.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Taskin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind — express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device.

You use Taskin at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskin shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

• Security breaches or unauthorized access

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

11. Termination

You may stop using Taskin at any time by canceling your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.

Upon termination, your data will remain accessible for a limited period before deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect product changes or legal requirements.
If updates are significant, we’ll notify you via email or in-app message. Continued use of Taskin means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
